Our Services
At West Coast OCD and Anxiety we specialize in providing evidence-based virtual assessment and treatment for OCD, Body Dysmorphia, Specific Phobias, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. We use treatments that have been proven effective and we believe in tailoring treatment to each unique individual we work with. Virtual OCD treatment is often more accessible and allows clients to engage in therapy from their own environments — often the same places where anxiety and obsessive thinking/compulsions occur. Video sessions can enhance the effectiveness of treatments like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) by enabling real-time support during exposures in everyday settings.
In addition to assessment and treatment, we also provide training the health care professionals who are interested in developing their skills in assessing and treating OCD and Body Dysmorphia. Alongside our training services, we offer individual and group consultation to health care professionals (e.g., counsellors, psychologists, psychiatrists) who require or would benefit from supervision and consultation.
We take self-referrals via email and referrals from health care providers via the form below.
Individual Therapy

We specialize in providing compassionate, evidence-based individual telehealth therapy for individuals struggling with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. Whether you’re facing persistent worry, intrusive thoughts, overwhelming fears, or avoidance behaviours, our clinicians are ready to support you with personalized treatment grounded in proven approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). We understand how disruptive anxiety and OCD can be, and we work collaboratively with each client to build practical skills, foster resilience, and help reclaim a sense of control and peace in daily life.
Group Therapy
COMING SOON! Add yourself to the Group Waitlist to be notified about our new OCD Group.

Our clinic offers specialized virtual group therapy for individuals living with OCD. Grounded in the most highly evidence-based approach, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), our OCD groups provide a safe space to learn about OCD obsessions and compulsions, develop skills to challenge unhelpful behavioural patterns, and gain strength through shared experiences. Group therapy can offer encouragement, accountability, and a reminder that you are not alone in what you’re facing.

Each group is limited to a small number of participants with a diagnosis of OCD. Groups run for 12 consecutive weeks and are a lower cost option than individual therapy. Group therapy won't be right for everyone and Dr.'s Jill Robinson and Michelle St. Pierre can help you decide what treatment method is best for you.
Training and Consultation for Health Care Professionals
We offer specialized group training and individual/group consultation for healthcare professionals—including counsellors, psychologists, and other mental health providers—who are looking to deepen their knowledge and skills in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Our services focus on evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), with practical guidance on assessment, case conceptualization, treatment planning, and navigating common challenges in OCD work. Whether you’re new to OCD treatment, seeking to refine your approach, or looking to training your entire staff, we provide supportive, collaborative consultation designed to build clinical confidence and improve client outcomes. With backgrounds in clinical psychology, specialized expertise in treating OCD, and years of experience in teaching and supervision, Drs. St. Pierre and Robinson are passionate about providing engaging, high-quality training for professionals interested in broadening their practice to include OCD.
Training can be tailored to individual clinicians or teams and is available virtually and in-person (local in BC) for greater flexibility and accessibility. Please contact us to discuss training and consultation options.
